Michael Balzer - Community Association Manager: Mike has over 25 years of local rental and community association management experience with excellent people and communication skills, particularly in handling sensative situations tactfully. Having been raised in Destin, he has an intricate knowledge of the area and local business trends. Mike also has a wide network of local business relationships and extensive experience in storm and insurance related issues. He strives to not only meet expectations, but to exceed them. When he's not on property, you can usually find him on the beach with a surf rod in hand or exploring some corner of the many State forests in our area. |

| Margaret Savalas - Community Association Manager, Accounting: Margaret's experience and knowledge of association accounting is unmatched. She is truly dedicated to this intricate and vital part of any business. With an accounting degree from the University of Arkansas, Margaret has also obtained her CAM license and managed several properties giving her the ability to apply standard accounting practices to the unique operations as required by the State of Florida from all licensed managers. When not "crunching numbers" Margaret prefers some quiet time, enjoying everything this area has to offer. | |

Jay Williams - Maintenance Supervisor: Jay's background is primarily in landscape design and maintenance. However, his work experience includes not only landscape design and maintenance, but also contractor supervision, disaster recovery management and a multitude of contract work. There is very little Jay can't do in the maintenance arena - what he can't do, he gets done utilizing his experience and relationships with area contractors. When not working, Jay spends most of his free time with his family either assisting with their businesses or simply enjoying their company. |

Wendi Balzer - Realtor: Wendi has over 20 years of local condominium management experience and holds a Florida Realtors license. In recent years she has concentrated on the remodeling and disaster recovery aspect of management and her history in this industry includes interior design, real estate sales, bookkeeping, rental and property management. In her free time she keeps up with two daughters and enjoys the beach. |
